About this record

Grades computed 2026-07-10 from methodology v0.2.1, carrier map v0.3.0. Roster: NAIC 2024 market-share report, top 25 P&C groups by countrywide premium (editorial context only; no NAIC complaint data is used).

HonestPolicy is a public-benefit corporation that grades the complaint records of the twenty-five largest US property and casualty insurance groups. Every grade is derived arithmetically from public records — the complaint indexes, justified-complaint ratios, and upheld-complaint rankings published by the insurance regulators of Texas, California, and New York — under an open methodology that anyone can audit. HonestPolicy earns nothing from any carrier listed here, and where the public record is too thin to support a grade, this record says so instead of guessing.

HonestPolicy earns: nothing on any carrier in this record.
